  • Superfile v 17 of all investigated serious reportable accidents in the Netherlands 1998-Feb2004 (available on request - see Support Forum) has been updated (March 2009) to complete all machines and falling objects data.  It has been calculated that there are now 12543 unique accidents and 13094 victims in Storybuilder superfile v17.
