a temp
file in the program directory when it opens. Storybuilder also creates a
temp file in the program directory when it opens or creates a Storybuild
file (.sb extensions). You can customise where to store temp
files. Contact support for instructions on how to do this.

along with the data, wherever you are in the world

This is resolved in v.43. However it may also be that you have
blocked content. Right click on the helpfile name storybuilder.chm and
check properties on the list you see . IF you get a security
message and an unblock button, click on unblock.
Q. Can I use Storybuilder it in my company?
A. Yes, but you cannot resell it or the data or pass the download
link on to someone else.
